The Tipping Point

tippingI very much enjoyed The Tipping Point.  Helpful for anyone looking to understand trends, fads, and outbreaks.

I am a little curious why Gladwell did not touch on mob mentality, or what happens after the spill over.  Perhaps he did not want to examine the ethos of the group versus the few – communicators, mavens, and salespeople.
